The July 2026 Omnibus

In this latest Clarity Omnibus, we surveyed likely midterm voters on the generic House vote by party, the Republican nominee lineup, and perceptions of the economy and AI usage.

We also took a look at the latest media habits to understand where voters are reachable as the midterms quickly approach.

Key insights from this survey include:

  • A sizable Democratic lead on the generic ballot: With less than 100 days to go until the November election, Democrats have a 10-point advantage on the generic congressional ballot.

  • Vance remains the favorite for the 2028 nomination: Among likely Republican Presidential Primary voters, Vice President Vance has the most support, earning 38% of the vote.

  • The one generation that approves of AI. Voters aged 35-49 emerge as the only age group with a net positive view of AI’s impact on society.

  • Tubi outranks HBO MAX, Disney+, and Peacock as the most commonly used streaming channel, with 32% of voters using it at least a few times per week.
